Raw sequence data was generated as part of a metatranscriptome study targeting the protistan community. Raw sequences are available at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Sequence Read Archive (SRA) database (SRA Study ID: SRP110974, BioProject: PRJNA391503).
