Sensors on the gliders included temperature, salinity, oxygen, fluorescence, optical backscatter and active acoustics; one glider had a photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) sensor and an passive acoustic monitoring sensor. From these data we quantified chlorophyll and particulate organic carbon concentrations, and also an estimate of krill and small fish (those data are not included in this submission). Data were decimated to 3-meter intervals for ease in analysis.
