The PMT expedition was divided into two legs, with cruise IDs RR1814 and RR1815. This dataset results from leg 2, RR1815; data from RR1814 are available in a separate BCO-DMO dataset. This is compiled data produced by three laboratories with the following associations: Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University (LDEO), the University of Southern Mississippi (USM), and the University of Minnesota (UMN).
